Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Personalized/customized products (with name/print/engraving) cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during delivery.
You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product by sharing an unboxing video/pictures as proof.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.
In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be initiated to the original payment source. For COD orders, store credit/coupon code will be provided.
If you prefer, we can replace your product with a new one instead of a refund (subject to availability).
Customized products with names, logos, or personal messages (unless defective).
Products damaged due to misuse or handling after delivery.
